We stand behind the quality of our work and the deliverables stated in your signed service agreement.
If we fail to complete a covered deliverable within the agreed timeline for reasons within our control, we will correct the issue at no additional charge.
Because our services are customized and results depend on each client’s participation, implementation, market conditions, and other factors outside our control, we do not guarantee specific revenue, licensing approval, contracts, customers, or business results.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 13, 2026
At Revenue Engine Agency, we are committed to providing professional services and completing the deliverables described in each client’s signed service agreement.
Because our consulting, strategy, marketing, automation, and implementation services are customized, the following policy applies unless different terms are stated in a signed agreement.
Deposits and Initial Payments
Deposits, setup fees, and initial payments reserve capacity, begin strategic planning, and may cover work performed before a formal kickoff.
Once work has begun, these payments are nonrefundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
A client who wishes to cancel before work begins must submit a written request to [email protected].
Any refund eligibility will be determined according to the signed service agreement, completed administrative work, committed resources, and applicable law.
Cancellation After Work Begins
Once strategy, research, planning, content development, technical setup, consulting, or implementation has begun, fees for completed work and committed resources are nonrefundable.
If a project is canceled, the client remains responsible for amounts owed for work completed through the cancellation date and any other amounts required by the signed agreement.
Service Concerns
Clients must notify us in writing at [email protected] if they believe an agreed-upon deliverable has not been completed properly.
The notice should identify the deliverable and explain the concern.
If we determine that a covered deliverable was not completed according to the signed agreement for reasons within our control, we will make a reasonable effort to correct the issue at no additional charge.
This correction commitment does not constitute a guarantee of a refund or a particular business outcome.
Client Responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on the client providing requested information, approvals, access, content, feedback, and payments.
Delays or incomplete performance caused by a client’s failure to meet these responsibilities do not qualify for a refund.
Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee:
- Specific revenue, profit, customers, contracts, leads, sales, or business growth
- Approval of a business, professional, security, healthcare, or other regulatory license
- Approval by banks, payment processors, government agencies, or third-party platforms
- Specific social-media reach, engagement, or conversion rates
- Results dependent on market conditions, client participation, third parties, or factors outside our control
- Testimonials and examples represent individual experiences and do not promise that every client will achieve the same outcome.
Digital Materials
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, downloadable templates, recordings, digital products, and other immediately accessible materials are nonrefundable after they have been accessed or downloaded, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Controlling Agreement
If this policy conflicts with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
